Swedish thrashers CARNAL FORGE have announced the addition of singer
Jens C. Mortensen (LEECH, ex-REVOLVER, SLAPDASH) to the group’s ranks. Mortensen joins the band as the replacement for Jonas Kjellgren, who left CARNAL FORGE earlier in the month after a seven-year, five-album stint with the group.

Ever since Black Sabbath invented heavy metal back in the late 1960’s, Birmingham has continued to produce a string of good, solid metal bands, from the likes of Judas Priest through to Anaal Nathrakh. One of the latest bands in this long line is Revenant Dead, who’s debut album Imperial Rape March does more than enough to keep their Brummy pedigree intact.

After 27 long years and numerous line-up changes EXODUS are back again with ‘The Atrocity Exhibition…Exhibit A’. With the fair success they gained from 05’s ‘Shovel Headed Killing Machine’ and extensive touring taking in the US, UK, Japan and Australia it was always going to be an interesting album to follow.
